Custom orders placed with Vette1 require a confirmation of order specifications & payment prior to work beginning. Custom orders include dimensional changes, color options or anything that varies the product from its stock counterpart.
Quotes and invoices provided are valid for 7 days from send date. Pricing is subject to change until orders are placed and paid for per agreed upon terms. Estimates provided throughout the custom order process are estimates only and do not reflect the actual pricing to be paid for production.
Full payment must be collected prior to the start of all custom orders. Credit Card, Cash or Check are the only accepted forms of payment. Vette1 reserves the right to suspend an order at any time until payment or adequate assurance of performance to pay is received.
Lead times are approximate. Vette1 will do its best to meet lead times, although factors outside our control make it impossible for us to guarantee any specific due date. Cancellations are not accepted based on an overdue lead time.
A draft copy of the custom design will be emailed to you for review and comment for each revision (up to three revisions). Any required revisions shall be in writing. Revisions that vary significantly from the original estimate will be subject to additional charges.
Vette1 will allow up to three revisions for custom orders using the aforementioned review and approval process for each. All revisions after the third revision shall be subject to a $75/hour charge which shall be paid prior to additional revisions are incorporated into the design.
Vette1 does not accept returns or cancellations on custom orders. Returns for defects in products delivered to customers must be filed via email to info@Vette1.com or phone at 409-207-0481 no later than 30 days from delivery of order.
Please inspect all package upon delivery, you have 3 days from delivery date to report damage. If damage is not reported in those 3 days Vette1 is not responsible for damages.
We reserve the right to select or substitute a comparable carrier/delivery service for your shipment without further notice.
We cannot guarantee the shipping service purchased will be the shipping service the products will be sent with. If you would like shipping services on custom orders quicker than the least expensive shipping option available to us, please inquire about pricing upfront.
Due to the characteristics of the materials we use, there may be variations in colors and surfaces. Color samples may appear slightly different than your actual production piece. Additionally, computer monitors display colors in photo images slightly differently, depending on a wide variety of different settings and actual monitors. Therefore, a specific product image or color you see on your computer monitor, may be a different shade to the actual piece.
Vette1 is happy to provide our customers with custom products that meet your design specifications. Unless agreed upon prior to order, the designs for these projects and associated work and files are the sole property of Vette1. No royalties will be given for custom designs that grow into a stocked product.
Customer agrees that Vette1 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential punitive or multiple damages, including without limitation any damages resulting from loss of use, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising in connection with this Agreement, Vette1’s performance of services or of any other obligations relating to this Agreement, even if Vette1 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply regardless of the cause of action under which such damages are sought.
