Ordering
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Shipping
Most small, lightweight orders will ship via USPS but UPS/FedEx ground are also used. Contact us if you need your order shipped overnight or 2-Day Air. Extra charges will apply to overnight and 2-Day air shipments as well as "heavy bulk" or "oversized" items. Additional charges may apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories.

Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, please send photos to returns@vette-depot.com and we will process the refund or replacement for you. Do not destroy the package or box that the item shipped in. Please save it for return to us by requesting an RA# (Return Authorization).
Refused Shipments
Shipping and Handling charges on refused shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Sales Tax
Vette1 charges state tax where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Returns
All items returned must be accompanied by an RA# (Return Authorization Number). You can obtain an RA# by contacting us prior to returning any product back to Vette1. RA numbers must be written on the outside of the box for identification purposes. Items must be returned unused in the original packaging within 30 days of invoice date for a refund of product cost based on the original price/terms on the invoice. Shipping and/or handling charges will not be refunded to the customer.
All returns will be refunded to the original payment method used on order.
Returns shipped COD to Vette1 will not be accepted.
